Recipe:
- 1/2 tsp of Mamatcha’s ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1 cup cold water
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Sweetener to taste
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Whisk matcha vigorously in a "W" motion with a small amount of water until smooth
- Combine lemon juice, sweetener, and remaining water
- Pour over ice in a tall glass
- Mix in matcha
