Recipe:
- 1 tsp of Mamatcha’s ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy
2. In a shaker, combine the grated ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Muddle the ginger to infuse the flavors
3. Add the matcha mixture to the shaker and shake well
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes
5. Top off with sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy effect
6. Garnish with a slice of lemon
